Butterfly Home Daycare and Preschool started in 1994 when founder Sohad Sarhan decided to care for her own children out of her home. Working parents soon began asking Sohad to take care of their children, and so Butterfly Home Daycare was born. Sohad's kids are now grown and have moved out, but Butterfly Home Daycare and Preschool has continued to thrive and grow.

Butterfly Home Daycare and Preschool is now equipped and licensed to care for up to 12 children in its safe and comfortable Shoreline neighborhood. Parents prefer Butterfly Home Daycare and Preschool because of its staff of caring and responsible individuals.
